The mission
Security code review doesn't scale. Humans can't keep up with how fast code ships now, especially AI-written code. We're building an AI Security Engineer that reviews code like a top hacker would. Your job: make it work inside the most demanding companies in the world.
Quick facts
-
$6M raised, more on the way.
-
14 people across Poland (mainly Gdańsk) and San Francisco.
-
Part of NATO DIANA.
-
Customers: financial institutions and critical infrastructure.
The role
-
Deploy Vidoc for customers: in our cloud, their cloud, on-premises, or in air-gapped environments.
-
Run PoCs with their security and engineering teams, from scoping through evaluation.
-
Extend our agentic AI AppSec product to meet customer needs: new features, custom workflows, and integrations with their stack.
-
Tune our agents for customers' codebases and triage findings with their AppSec teams.
-
Give demos, dive deep into the technical details, and work with GTM on enterprise deals.
-
Turn patterns you see across three customers into product features.
-
Write production code every week. This is an engineering role, not sales or support.
-
Occasionally travel to customers, wherever in the world they are.
What we're looking for
-
5+ years of experience shipping production code (TypeScript/Node.js preferred).
-
Kubernetes, IaC (Pulumi or Terraform), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
-
AI is part of your daily development workflow.
-
Comfortable speaking with C-level executives; fluent in English.
-
Calm when a deployment breaks in an environment you've never seen.
-
Low ego. You'll tell a customer (or us) "this is the wrong approach" and back it up.
Nice to have
-
Any experience with AppSec or cybersecurity.
-
Experience building AI, generative AI (GenAI), or agentic solutions.
-
Experience as an FDE or Solutions Engineer, or in DevOps/SRE or software development roles with infrastructure experience.
-
Experience working in regulated industries.
