**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger activities. * Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations. * Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. * Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities. * Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records. * Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management. * Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement activities. * Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns and compliance requirements.
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. * CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred. * 5–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts \& Finance. * Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. * Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
