Position: DPC Operator – PICC
Department: PICC / Production
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor DPC/PICC machines as per SOP and production plan.
- Set and maintain process parameters for required product quality.
- Monitor conductor insulation, dimensions, surface quality and defects.
- Perform in-process checks and maintain production records.
- Ensure proper material identification and traceability.
- Follow quality, safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical
Experience: 1–5 years in PICC, DPC, wire & cable or similar manufacturing operations.
