Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician having 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, panel wiring, PLC wiring, VFD wiring, troubleshooting, and handling of crane & hoist electrical systems. The candidate must be capable of working in shifts and handling breakdown maintenance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and industrial machinery.
- Perform panel wiring, PLC wiring, and VFD wiring as per electrical drawings and standards.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in machines, panels, motors, drives, and control systems.
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of crane and hoist electrical systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, circuit diagrams, and control schematics.
- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment through preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Follow electrical safety standards and company procedures during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely completion of work.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records properly.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Panel Wiring
- Knowledge of PLC Wiring & Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of VFD Wiring & Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Crane & Hoist Electrical Maintenance
- Ability to Read Electrical Drawings & Schematics
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills in Industrial Electrical Systems
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Knowledge
- Ability to Work in Rotational Shifts
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 to 5 Years of Experience in Industrial Electrical Maintenance.
Educational Qualification:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
