Position: QC Inspector – Bare & Bunching
Department: Quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect Bare & Bunching wire as per specifications and quality standards.
- Check dimensions, conductor quality, stranding, lay length and visual defects.
- Perform routine testing and record inspection results.
- Ensure product compliance with SOP, drawings and customer requirements.
- Identify and report quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and product traceability.
- Follow safety, quality and 5S requirements.
Qualification: Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical, BE, B.Tech
Experience: 1–5 years in wire & cable, Bare Wire, Bunching or similar manufacturing.
