About the Role
We are looking for a passionate full stack developer with strong expertise and hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing robust backend services, ensuring high performance, and delivering clean, maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications (front-end and back-end)
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Designers, Product Managers, and QA)
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot (Mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate
- Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Basic understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
- Basic knowledge of System Design concepts (Scalability, APIs, and Architecture)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
