**About the Role**
We are looking for a passionate **full stack developer** with **strong expertise and hands\-on experience in Java Spring Boot** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing robust backend services, ensuring high performance, and delivering clean, maintainable code.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain web applications (front\-end and back\-end) * Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (Designers, Product Managers, and QA) * Ensure application security, scalability, and performance * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications * Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices
**Required Skills**
* **1–3 years of hands\-on experience in Java Spring Boot (Mandatory)** * Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate * Good understanding of front\-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue) * Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB * Basic understanding of Data Structures \& Algorithms (DSA) * Basic knowledge of System Design concepts (Scalability, APIs, and Architecture) * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
