Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor and track key performance indicators and report on trends and areas of concern
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and technologies
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Participate in project planning and provide support in project execution
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize, and interpret data
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean, is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
