Job description
Job Objectives:
- Lead and support end-to-end requirements analysis for business and technology initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and strategic objectives.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Apply strong logical thinking and structured analysis to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
- Ensure high-quality documentation, traceability, and requirement governance across the project lifecycle.
- Support project delivery through requirements clarification, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement (workshops, interviews, discussions).
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate closely with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Create and maintain documentation, including:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Specifications (FSD)
- Process flow diagrams
- User stories and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and impact assessment for new initiatives or change requests.
- Support solution design discussions, ensuring requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented.
- Coordinate and support testing activities (SIT/UAT), including:
- Test case preparation
- Defect tracking
- Validation of delivered solutions
- Assist in data analysis and validation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on requirements status, risks, and changes.
- Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery.
Your skills and experience
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with regional stakeholders and vendors.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT, digital, or banking-related projects.
- Good understanding of system concepts and application architecture, including:
- System interactions and data flows
- API and integration basics
- Ability to understand technical constraints and translate them into business-friendly explanations.
- Familiarity with databases and data structures, with basic SQL knowledge as an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical designs and ensure alignment with requirements..
