Our process unites interior design, technical design, production, and construction, ensuring that design intent is realized with precision at every stage.

BWP designs, builds, and installs bespoke architectural millwork for luxury residences, hospitality venues, and other exceptional interior environments. • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, vendors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with technical design teams to ensure design intent, functionality, and constructability are maintained throughout execution.
  • Manage project costing, forecasting, change orders, and budget reporting.

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders.
  • Review project progress and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction standards are achieved.
  • Oversee project documentation, contracts, drawings, and project records.
  • Support successful project delivery across luxury residential, hospitality, retail, winery, and specialty architectural interiors.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in custom millwork, construction, architectural interiors, woodworking, or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, millwork construction methods, building processes, and interior detailing.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and client relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, architects, builders, and trades.
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of custom millwork manufacturing and installation processes is considered a strong asset.
