**Manual Skip Tracing, Data Entry/ Data Analysis Specialist**
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking experienced detail\-oriented, organized, and analytical Manual Skip Tracing \& Data Analysis Specialists/ Data Entry Associates to join our team. This role will involve manually gathering and analyzing data to locate individuals, determine their contact details, and provide valuable insights to support various business needs. You will work with a range of sources and methods to conduct skip tracing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection and analysis.
**Manual Skip Tracing:**
* Research and gather missing or hard\-to\-find information regarding individuals using various online databases, public records and other resources. * Identify and validate contact information (e.g., name, phone numbers and addresses)
**Data Entry \& Management:**
* Input and maintain accurate records of skip tracing data in databases or tracking systems. * Update and manage the database with current contact information, including addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses. * Organize and categorize skip tracing findings for easy access and retrieval by internal teams.
**Quality Control:**
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data is accurate and up\-to\-date. * Cross\-reference data sources and resolve discrepancies in findings.
**Collaboration:**
* Work with team members, managers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of data requests and skip tracing projects.
**Qualifications:**
* **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analysis, or a related field. * **Experience:** * Proven experience in manual skip tracing, data research, or related fields (minimum 1\-3 years preferred). * Familiarity with skip tracing tools, databases, public records, etc.
**Skills:**
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. * **Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) preferred.** * Excellent research skills and ability to think critically to locate and validate missing information. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with data management systems. * Ability to work independently and in a team\-oriented environment. * Familiarity with privacy and data protection laws, particularly in relation to skip tracing activities.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. * Comfortable working with high volumes of data and meeting deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
