We are working 6 days, i.e., from Monday to Saturday
Job Description:-
- Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.
- Oversee the development and delivery of effective user interfaces.
- Manage a team of junior UI designers, providing training and support.
- Work with the digital analytics team to assess the impact of all UI design and usability changes.
- Assist with user research, interviews, surveys, and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into unique brand and product experiences.
- Work with the team to create UI designs, prototypes, information architecture documents, intuitive app flows, and use case testing for design validation
- Involvement in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user analysis, UI design, testing, and implementation
- Graphic production - create art assets for mobile and web.
- Manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping keen attention to detail.
- Present and effectively communicate how the creative vision will help achieve company objectives.
- Keep up with and educate the team about new or changing web and app creative trends and technologies
- Key player in developing and advancing brand strategies across the company
- Gains an understanding of one technology’s business, company culture, and analytics capabilities.
- Maintain strong working relationships across all teams to ensure the success of product initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:-
- Figma
- Ability to lead and direct design thinking for a wide range of products
- Strong team management skills
