Student Financing & Counselling

Act as the primary point of contact for students seeking financial assistance.

Guide students through available financing options (NBFC loans, bank loans, EMI plans, scholarships, etc.).

Provide personalised counselling to help students choose the most suitable financing solution based on eligibility and affordability
Documentation & Processing

Collect and verify all necessary loan documentation from students and co-applicants.
-
Ensure completeness and correctness of documents as per partner requirements.

Maintain proper records and trackers for all loan applications.
Financial Partner Coordination

Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners for:

Application submission

Credit checks
-
Disbursement timelines
-
Issue resolution
-
Build strong working relationships with partner operations teams.
Internal Collaboration -

Work closely with:

Admissions counsellors
-
City teams
-
Central operations
-
Provide real-time updates on loan status and expected closures
Skills & Experience Must Have -

1–3 years of experience in:

Education loans
-
NBFC operations
-
Banking sales/ops
-
Fintech customer success / ops
-
Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred).

High ownership mindset and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working with students and parents.
