We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer / UI Designer who can bring creativity, user\-focused thinking, and strong visual design skills to our growing team.

**Job Summary**

The Graphic Designer / UI Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual designs for both digital and print media while designing intuitive and modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent design aesthetics, an understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to translate concepts into engaging visual solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**

* Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, standees, and other marketing collaterals. * Develop brand identity materials including logos, icons, illustrations, and brand guidelines. * Create promotional graphics for websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities. * Prepare print\-ready artwork while ensuring production quality. * Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

**UI Design**

* Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications. * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI screens. * Develop responsive layouts following modern UI standards. * Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Follow design systems and UI/UX best practices. * UI/UX compatible to website language

**Creative Collaboration**

* Work closely with marketing \& sales, development, and clients. * Understand project requirements and transform them into effective visual solutions. * Present design concepts and incorporate constructive feedback. * Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills**

* Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. * Excellent creativity with a keen eye for detail. * Strong communication and presentation skills in English. * Good understanding of responsive web and mobile UI design. * Knowledge of user\-centered design principles. * Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. * Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Technical Skills**

**Must Have**

* Figma * Adobe Photoshop * Adobe Illustrator * Canva * Microsoft PowerPoint * Basic AI Knowledge

**Good to Have**

* Corel Draw * Adobe InDesign * Adobe XD * Basic HTML \& CSS * Knowledge of UI animations and micro\-interactions * Experience with AI\-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Midjourney * Adobe After Effects * Adobe Premiere Pro * Blender

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field. * Relevant certifications in Graphic Design or UI/UX Design will be an added advantage.

**Experience**

* 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI Design. * Experience working in a creative agency, or digital media environment is preferred.

**Portfolio Requirement**

Candidates must submit a portfolio demonstrating experience in:

* Social media creatives * Branding and identity design * Website/Mobile UI design * Marketing collateral * Presentations * Print media * Any additional creative work showcasing design excellence

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
