Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech?® Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is currently seeking applicants for a **Field Application Engineer (m/f/d) Business Development Automotive.**
**Location: Germany, 100% remote**
**What you will be doing:**
* Design IN und WIN of Vishay Semiconductors and passive Components at focus automotive customers. * Maximize the future business of all Vishay components by identifying all potential sockets in applications and leveraging the BOM content of Vishay broadline portfolio. * Define new products and derivatives in close cooperation with Marketing and R\&D. * Act as internal technical interface between Sales, Marketing and R\&D * Manage projects in cooperation with Sales and Marketing to achieve product qualification and revenue. * Prepare and perform technical and application trainings.
**What you will bring along:**
* Degree in Electrical Engineering * Experience in semiconductor and passive component technology * HW design experience * Communication and presentation skills * Independent working style * Fluent German and English, other language skills as a plus
