Join Visy's Talent Acquisition and People \& Culture team in a 2\-month fixed term opportunity where you'll gain practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, administration and people processes within a large, complex organisation.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final\-year student looking to build hands\-on Human Resources experience and strengthen their professional skills.
**What You'll Be Doing**
* Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview coordination and candidate communication. * Engaging with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. * Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens. * Maintaining candidate records within the recruitment system.
**What We're Looking For**
* Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology or a related discipline. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * High attention to detail. * Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
