Vital Dental Care in Camp Hill is looking for an experienced Dental Operations & Growth Coordinator to take ownership of our principal dentist's schedule and drive patient conversion from our marketing campaigns.
This is a new role we've built around three things: appointment book management, lead conversion, and social media content. You'll work closely with our Practice Manager and report directly to the practice owner.
What you'll do
Appointment book management
- Take full ownership of our principal dentist's daily schedule
- Use the waitlist strategically to keep the book full and high-value
- Understand treatment types so you can slot appointments correctly, such as giving a crown a longer slot or an implant consult more breathing room
- Call patients to reschedule or move appointments when needed
Lead conversion and revenue growth
- Own the full patient journey from enquiry to booked appointment
- Follow up new leads by phone and text using a structured nurture process
- Manage post-consult outreach and treatment plan activation
- Run reactivation campaigns for outstanding treatment plans and overdue recalls
- Earn a $500 bonus for every high-value treatment you help convert (treatments over $5000)
Social media content
- Plan and write about 15 posts a month for our Instagram and Facebook
- Choose the right format for each post, such as a carousel, reel, or static post
- Submit a content calendar for approval before anything goes live
- No graphic design experience required. We'll give you access to existing content examples to guide your writing
What we offer
- Base pay of $40 to $45 per hour, depending on experience - 30-35 hours per week
- $500 bonus for every high-value treatment conversion (treatments worth $5000 or more)

- The role is casual at first but after your 3 month probation we would be happy to revisit your package depending on the value you bring
What we're looking for
- Experience in a treatment coordinator, scheduling, or dental operations role
- Dental experience is a must - we will also require you to step in as a dental assistant in urgent situations (but this is not a main part of your role)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Confidence writing social media content in a practice's voice
- Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable owning a process end to end
