What You’ll Do
🎧 Be the go-to voice for our customers
- Answer product, order, and shipping questions by email (HelpScout), phone, and live chat
- Deliver fast, helpful answers that leave customers smiling
🔄 Make returns painless
- Sort out incorrect returns and get things back on track
- Issue refunds when needed
- Work with Amazon and other marketplace reps to resolve cases
📦 Fix shipping and replacement hiccups
- Create labels for replacement parts
- Cancel orders before they ship when needed
- Ship and test replacements so customers get exactly what they need
Your Schedule
- Monday – Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 10 am - 7 pm
- Every 9th Saturday: 8 am – 4 pm
- Location: Onsite at our Goodfield, IL location
