VIVRE Group is looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented, and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales and account management activities across our business units.
This role will focus on developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate accounts, and supporting sales activities for weddings, catering, gourmet products, and event venues.

- VIVRE Catering
- VIVRE Gourmet
- Taman Bhagawan
- Puri Bhagawan
- Manage client relationships, sales opportunities, and account growth to achieve revenue targets.
- Drive wholesale and retail sales, handle customer enquiries, coordinate orders, and identify new business development opportunities to increase product sales.
- Manage venue enquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, follow up with prospective clients, and coordinate event bookings to maximize venue revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, business partners, and other potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, client servicing, and event arrangements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and pipeline updates.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving business and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related role is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality, catering, F&B, retail, wholesale, or event venues will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness and a target-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams.
- Good command of English is preferred.
