VKE Group is currently sourcing experienced construction and engineering professionals for multiple opportunities across our project teams in the UK and Europe.
With an active project pipeline and a growing European footprint, we are looking to connect with high-calibre professionals who have proven experience delivering complex, fast-track construction projects.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked for direct subcontractors, self-performing civil engineering contractors, or reinforced concrete (RC) specialists, with experience delivering major industrial developments.
Experience within hyperscale data centre projects across the UK and Europe is highly desirable.
Current Opportunities
We are currently looking to source candidates for the following positions:
Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Responsible for the overall delivery of projects, including programme, commercial coordination, resources, quality, health and safety, and client relationships.
Senior Construction Manager / Construction Manager
Lead construction delivery across site, coordinating subcontractors, site teams, programme requirements, quality, safety, and construction activities.
Site Manager
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, programme, and quality requirements.
Senior Engineer / Project Engineer / Setting-Out Engineer
Provide technical and engineering support across projects, including setting out, surveying, technical coordination, inspections, as-built information, and working with construction and design teams.
QA/QC Manager / Quality Engineer
Manage and maintain project quality systems, inspections, ITPs, documentation, NCRs, quality records, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Document Controller
Manage project documentation, drawings, technical submissions, revisions, transmittals, document registers, and information flow between project stakeholders.
Site / Office Administrator
Provide administrative and operational support to project teams, assisting with documentation, reporting, records, communications, and general project administration.
What We're Looking For
We are interested in professionals with:
- Proven experience within construction, civil engineering, reinforced concrete, or industrial projects.
- Experience working for direct subcontractors or self-performing contractors.
- A track record of delivering fast-track projects.
- Previous experience on large-scale industrial developments.
- Hyperscale data centre experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project delivery, quality, safety, and construction processes relevant to the position.
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, demanding project environments.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications for the position applied for.
- Flexibility to work across different project locations where required.
