When something breaks - a firewall, an integration mismatch, a regression - documentation stops. Your mission: catch it fast, fix it, and make sure it doesn't happen twice. 🚀 Your Daily Business - No two shifts are alike Own technical cases end-to-end - reproduce and isolate faults across app, network, and integrations Debug integrations and on-prem configs for German care software systems Untangle customer-side IT issues like firewalls, proxies, and certificates Monitor system health during your shift and support incident response Turn recurring issues into fixes - contribute to root-cause docs and runbooks 🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's), ideally in Computer Science or related - active enrollment required for a Werkstudent contract Good Windows/Linux fundamentals and networking basics (firewalls, proxies, DNS, TLS) Nice to have: exposure to observability tools (Grafana, Sentry) and API/integration debugging, or eagerness to learn fast Available for rotating evening/weekend shifts, calm and clear under pressure German at C2 level, plus good English 🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize Flexible working hours because you know when you work best! reimbursement of the "Deutschlandticket" 25 days of vacation – and your birthday off ✨ Ready to talk?
