Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful leadership and culture workshops, translating concepts into practical tools and behaviours.
- Turn diagnostics and complex organizational challenges into actionable recommendations and project processes that enable meaningful change.
- Translate executive vision and strategic agendas into tangible initiatives that engage and activate the broader organization.
- Drive high-quality client delivery through compelling analysis and storylines, trusted client dialogue, project management and team apprenticeship.
General requirements
- Ideally 3–4 years of relevant professional experience within leadership, culture, organizational development, change, human resources or consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations and processes.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with experience engaging leaders and delivering workshops or development processes.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., business, psychology, philosophy, anthropology, organizational studies or similar).
- Excellent written and spoken Danish and English – German would be an advantage.

Voluntās was created in 2015 with a clear purpose: to realize human potential.
Advisors by profession and philosophers by heart, we work with public actors, private enterprises, and investors from around the world in shaping strategies, business development, and policy with a meaningful impact.
