**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and results\-driven **Online Bidder / Business Development Executive** to generate new business opportunities for our software development services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring projects through online platforms, managing client communications, understanding technical requirements, and consistently achieving revenue and acquisition targets.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who can identify opportunities, convert leads into projects, and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the project delivery team.

**Candidates with a proven track record of meeting quarterly sales or project acquisition targets will be given preference.**

**Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Project Acquisition**

* Identify and acquire software development, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX, and digital solutions projects through online platforms and other lead\-generation channels. * Generate qualified leads and convert them into long\-term business opportunities. * Prepare and submit customized proposals, quotations, and project estimations. * Negotiate project scope, timelines, and commercial terms with clients. * Consistently achieve assigned quarterly and annual project acquisition targets.

**Client Communication \& Requirement Gathering**

* Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams. * Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client requirements and business objectives. * Gather, document, and communicate project requirements effectively to Project Managers and technical teams. * Ensure smooth communication throughout the sales and project initiation process.

**Technical Understanding**

* Possess a strong understanding of website design, web development, mobile applications, software development, and graphic design services. * Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates. * Assist clients in selecting the most suitable technology solutions for their requirements.

**Proposal \& Account Management**

* Create professional proposals, presentations, and business documents. * Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. * Build and nurture long\-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and sales activities.

**Performance \& Reporting**

* Track and report key performance metrics including leads generated, proposals submitted, conversion rates, project value, and revenue generated. * Work closely with management to achieve business growth objectives. * Contribute ideas and strategies to improve project acquisition and conversion rates.

**Required Skills \& QualificationsCore Skills**

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills. * Experience interacting with international clients and handling overseas projects. * Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs. * Strong marketing and business development mindset.

**Technical Knowledge**

* Good understanding of: * Website Design \& Development * Mobile Application Development * Software Development * Graphic Design Services * Digital Solutions \& Technology Services * Ability to discuss technical requirements confidently with clients.

**Business Development Experience**

* Proven experience in online bidding, lead generation, project acquisition, or IT sales. * Hands\-on experience with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, Clutch, or similar channels. * Demonstrated success in achieving sales, revenue, or project acquisition targets. * Experience managing complete sales cycles from lead generation to project closure.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred). * Post\-graduation is not mandatory. * 2\+ years of experience in IT business development, online bidding, or project acquisition. * Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
