Required background in: Luxury, Fintech, Banking, or High-end digital design studio domains.

Portfolio must show real client work with clear individual authorship — it must be clear what the candidate personally created, not a team

5+ years of experience specifically as Illustrator / Visual Designer / Brand Designer

Experience specifically in Luxury / Fintech / Banking / High-end digital design

Portfolio must show versatility — work across different industries/project types, not just one field (e.g. gaming only)

Strong execution of core logo/brand identity craft — not just adjacent skills (3D, illustration), but confident quality in the fundamentals of branding

Different solutions across different brand identity projects — not the same visual pattern repeated every time

Confident command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop

Experience with 3D software: Blender or Cinema 4D

Portfolio featuring a range of illustration styles, including 3D work
