- Support existing customers and resolve their software-related issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical queries.
- Coordinate with the technical team when required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bengali (Required), Hindi (Required), English (Preferred)
- Customer-focused approach.
- Technical background or relevant experience preferred.
