We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating user\-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of user\-centered design principles and be eager to learn and grow in a fast\-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Create wireframes, mockups, and UI designs for websites and mobile applications. * Design user\-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience. * Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members. * Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis. * Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. * Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability insights. * Ensure design consistency across all digital products. * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.
Requirements
* Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows. * Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. * Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects).
Preferred Skills
* Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts. * Experience with design systems and component libraries. * Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods. * Knowledge of motion design or micro\-interactions is a plus.
