What you'll do:

• Lead and manage realty execution projects, ensuring timely completion of scope, deliverables, and adherence to project plans.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and facility management, to align project objectives and resolve issues.
• Oversee merchandise placement, fixture installation, and ensure compliance with merchandising and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational impact.
• Provide guidance and direction to associates and contractors, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status and adjustments to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with corporate strategies.

• Proven experience in managing complex realty execution projects with accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong project management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with belonging teams and vendors to ensure alignment and timely completion of project milestones.
• Demonstrated adaptability in addressing project obstacles and implementing corrective actions to meet business objectives.
• Leadership experience directing associates and third-party supervisors in process adherence and project execution.
• Proficiency in monitoring budgets, assessing economic impacts, and optimizing schedules for cost-effective project delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $66,000.00 - $121,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.). All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after will need to sign an updated JD including the above language (but will not be impacted).
