The (USA) Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services-DOT, is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, and efficient exterior facility operations. What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance including snow and ice management to ensure safe facility conditions.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to meet operational and safety requirements.
- Manage vehicle maintenance, inspections, and documentation to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate purchases, control costs, and submit warranty claims for parts and equipment.
- Lead and develop third-party providers while supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with facility users to address service needs and resolve concerns.
What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations with a commitment to compliance and safety standards.
- Experience in managing facility exterior services, including seasonal maintenance and snow removal operations.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, quality assurance inspections, and customer service communication.
- Ability to prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and coordinate equipment purchases.
- Capability to lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations.
- Effective organizational skills to manage work priorities, documentation, and reporting requirements.

Minimum Qualifications...

21 years of age or older.
Valid state-issued driver’s license.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre- hire.
As required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
