**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Warehouse Manager** to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment quality, truck loading, and warehouse personnel.

This is a hands\-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accountability, and understands that every truck leaving the warehouse supports a live event where there are no second chances.

**Event rental or equipment rental experience is strongly preferred.**

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and supervise all daily warehouse operations * Manage warehouse staff and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism * Ensure all rental equipment is cleaned, inspected, organized, and event\-ready * Oversee accurate pulling, staging, loading, and unloading of all orders * Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization * Coordinate equipment repairs and quality control * Work closely with dispatch, drivers, installation crews, and office staff to ensure successful event execution * Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and processes * Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

**Qualifications**

* Minimum 3 years of management experience in the **event rental, tent rental, party rental, or equipment rental industry** * Strong leadership and team management skills * Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment * Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) * Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment

**Schedule \& Expectations**

The event industry is unique, and our schedule reflects that.

While this position is primarily weekday\-based, **some nights and weekends will be required** depending on event schedules and seasonal demand. Our busiest periods often include major holidays and high\-volume event weekends, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and the fall event season.
