Bespoke Event Rental is a rapidly growing provider of premium event rental equipment and infrastructure serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding region. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment quality, truck loading, and warehouse personnel.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and accountability, and understands that every truck leaving the warehouse supports a live event where there are no second chances.
Event rental or equipment rental experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all daily warehouse operations
- Manage warehouse staff and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
- Ensure all rental equipment is cleaned, inspected, organized, and event-ready
- Oversee accurate pulling, staging, loading, and unloading of all orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Coordinate equipment repairs and quality control
- Work closely with dispatch, drivers, installation crews, and office staff to ensure successful event execution
- Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and processes
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the event rental, tent rental, party rental, or equipment rental industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in an active warehouse environment
Schedule & Expectations
The event industry is unique, and our schedule reflects that.
While this position is primarily weekday-based, some nights and weekends will be required depending on event schedules and seasonal demand. Our busiest periods often include major holidays and high-volume event weekends, including Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and the fall event season.
We're looking for a leader who understands the importance of being available when the business needs it and who takes pride in supporting the team during our busiest times.
