KPA/ STRATEGIC BUSINESS DELIVERABLES Existing clients
- Execute and administer authorised foreign exchange transactions, including Spot and Forward Exchange Contracts (FECs) and FX options in accordance with client mandate and approved dealing limits ? Obtain and verify client instructions and ensure all required approvals are in place prior to dealing. ? Obtain competitive FX rates from approved banking counterparties and execute transactions within authorised parameters. ? Record and capture all FX deals accurately, including currency, amount, rate, value date, counterparty and settlement details. ? Issue and verify deal confirmations and ensure transactions are correctly reflected in the relevant treasury systems. ? Monitor FEC maturities, outstanding positions and settlement requirements. ? Coordinate the settlement of Spot and FEC transactions and follow up on any exceptions or discrepancies. ? Maintain complete supporting documentation and an audit trail for all transactions.
