We are expanding and looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout Florida.
What You'll Do
* Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn outreach * Build relationships with developers, architects, general contractors, property managers, and commercial real estate professionals * Schedule meetings with key decision makers * Manage and grow a qualified sales pipeline * Attend industry networking events * Work directly with ownership to help close large commercial projects
What We're Looking For
* Business development or outside sales experience * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Self\-motivated and goal\-oriented * Experience in commercial real estate, construction, technology sales, security integration, access control, or low\-voltage systems is a plus * Existing South Florida industry relationships are highly desirable
Pay: $70,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 per year
