Qualifications
- LLB degree
- Must be an admitted attorney in South Africa
- 5–8 years' proven commercial or corporate legal experience (in-house or law firm)
- Demonstrable experience with commercial contracts, commercial terms and FIDIC contracts
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
