KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client training.
- Provide technical product guidance and recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Proven sales experience within the security industry.
- Good knowledge of security products and solutions.
- A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- An established network of industry contacts and clients will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business development and client acquisition capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- Basic salary: R35,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience.
