Senior Content Associate
We’re looking for a Content Manager to help bring our brand to life through thoughtful, customer-focused campaigns across channels. You’ll help translate seasonal brand and business priorities into cohesive content plans and compelling storytelling, partnering closely with your manager, creative teams, and channel partners to deliver a consistent experience across customer touchpoints.
What You’ll Do:

Coordinate seasonal, cross-channel campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, and creative inputs to keep content aligned and campaigns moving smoothly.

Work closely with creative partners to develop and deliver seasonal brand storytelling, translating campaign direction into content across relevant channels.
*
Partner with merchandising and channel teams to ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and cohesive across customer touchpoints.
*
Review content and assets for clarity, consistency, and attention to detail before launch.
*
Track content performance, summarize learnings, and recommend practical improvements for future campaigns.
*
Manage multiple projects at once and communicate progress, risks, and next steps to partners.
*
Manage 1 direct report, developing their talent and supporting them in day to day tasks
What You’ll Need:
*
3+ years of relevant experience
*
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
*
Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
*
A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and comfort working across teams
*
Curiosity about customer behavior and the ability to use performance data to inform content improvements
*
Strong analytical mindset, with experience reviewing summary data, looking at dashboards, and interpreting / actioning on performance data
*
Experience with Figma a plus but not required
