We are looking for an experienced web developer to build and maintain the website and online tools that connect us with both employers and job seekers. What you'll do - Maintain, update, and improve our company website, keeping it clear, fast, and reliable - Build and refine pages for seasonal job listings and candidate applications - Develop and support forms and workflows for employer enquiries and worker sign-ups - Make sure the site works well on mobile devices and meets accessibility standards - Monitor site performance and security, and fix bugs and issues as they come up - Work with our team to turn recruitment and screening needs into practical web features What we're looking for - At least 5 years of professional web development experience - Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, plus experience with at least one back-end language or framework - Experience with content management systems, databases, and version control such as Git - A solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web security basics - The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and explain technical topics in plain terms - Experience building job boards, application forms, or recruitment tools is a plus If you have the experience and want to build tools that help people find seasonal work, we would like to hear from you.
