Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Location: Remote Shift: 5PM to 2:30AM (IST)
About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving measurable results, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for performance tracking
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Experience in campaign optimization and scaling
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid channels
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
