As a UI/UX trainee, your job description typically involves learning and assisting with various aspects of UI/UX design, focusing on understanding user needs, creating wireframes, and potentially prototyping under the guidance of senior designers. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform in depth research, including user interviews, observations, usability testing, market research and competitive analysis
· Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
· Work closely with lead designers, UX team members, dev team and stakeholders
· Work within budget and timeline
QUALIFICATIONS
· You have excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of design process and usability design principles
· Proficiency of Figma
· A portfolio of work that showcases your process along with finished design work. Applications without portfolios will not be considered
· Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with a remote team
EXPERIENCE
· Training and practical experience in UI/UX Design
· Experience understanding the goals, frustrations, and needs of users
· Experience designing across multiple device types such as iOS, Android, desktop, tablets, and web interfaces
