Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Website Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize websites that provide an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in front-end and back-end development, website security, SEO optimization, and performance enhancement. The Website Developer will work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to create responsive, visually appealing, and high-performing websites.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites.
• Build responsive websites compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop new website features and functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Maintain consistent branding across all web pages.
• Developing and maintaining the Bumble Wash corporate website.
• Creating dedicated franchise enquiry landing pages.
• Integrating franchise application forms and CRM systems.
• Managing online payment gateway integration for franchise booking and service payments.
• Optimizing local SEO for franchise locations across India.
• Publishing blogs and service pages for Laundry, Dry Cleaning, Steam Ironing, Shoe Cleaning, and Pickup & Delivery.
• Ensuring a seamless mobile experience for customer bookings and franchise enquiries.
• Maintaining website security, backups, and performance.
• Working with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and new franchise launches.
• Monitoring website analytics to improve lead generation and customer conversions.

Front-End Development

• Develop user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworks.
• Optimize website layouts for speed and user experience.
• Create interactive web components and animations.

Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain server-side applications.
• Manage databases and APIs.
• Integrate third-party applications and payment gateways.
• Ensure website functionality and security.

CMS Management

• Manage WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
• Install themes, plugins, and extensions.
• Update website content and media.

Website Maintenance

• Monitor website performance.
• Perform regular backups.
• Update plugins, software, and security patches.
• Troubleshoot website issues and bugs.
• Ensure website uptime and reliability.

SEO & Performance Optimization

• Optimize website loading speed.
• Implement technical SEO best practices.
• Improve Core Web Vitals.
• Optimize images and website assets.
• Implement schema markup and metadata.

Security

• Protect websites against malware and cyber threats.
• Configure SSL certificates.
• Monitor website security.
• Perform regular vulnerability assessments.

E-commerce Development (If Applicable)

• Develop online stores.
• Integrate payment gateways.
• Manage product catalogs.
• Optimize checkout processes.

Analytics & Reporting

• Integrate Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track website traffic and performance.
• Generate monthly reports.
• Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Collaboration

• Work with graphic designers and UI/UX designers.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for landing pages and campaigns.
• Support content teams during website updates.
