We're looking for an intern who can think from a client's perspective and use research, design and AI to shape that experience for Materials Enterprises.
THE ROLE
No coding required. AI tools will handle the execution; your role is to research, plan the design, give clear instructions and refine the output on Google Sites.
Your focus is to decide what the website should say, how it should be organised and how it should look. You'll help present what we offer, why it matters to clients and how they can take the next step.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Research competitor websites and identify what makes their positioning, content and design effective.
- Develop ideas for communicating our offerings and value to prospective clients.
- Explore website frameworks, page structures and content approaches that fit the business.
- Plan navigation, page flow and messaging so visitors can find what they need easily.
- Design a professional visual experience with thoughtful layouts, relevant imagery and clear calls to enquire.
- Give AI tools clear instructions, review their output and refine the content and design for desktop and mobile.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A good eye for design and an interest in how businesses communicate their value.
- Curiosity to research competitors and explain why an idea works, rather than simply copy it.
- Clear written English and the ability to organise information well.
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to learn Google Sites.
- Independent judgment, attention to detail and the ability to turn feedback into better work.
