**About the Role**
Webskitters Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer who can mentor aspiring designers and help them build industry\-ready skills in User Interface and User Experience Design.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of modern design principles, design tools, user\-centric thinking, and real\-world project execution. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, guiding students through live projects, and preparing them for professional careers in UI/UX Design.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct interactive classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design concepts * Train students on design fundamentals, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability principles * Deliver hands\-on training using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design platforms * Guide students in creating responsive web and mobile application designs * Mentor students on portfolio development, case studies, and real\-time project execution * Create structured lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and training materials * Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, accessibility standards, and industry practices * Conduct doubt\-clearing sessions, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions * Collaborate with internal academic and development teams to improve curriculum quality * Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Minimum 3\+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or UI/UX Training * Strong understanding of User Experience principles, Human\-Centered Design, and Design Thinking * Expertise in Figma and other modern UI/UX design tools * Good knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy * Understanding of responsive design and mobile\-first design approaches * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front\-end concepts will be an added advantage * Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills * Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner * Experience handling live projects or industry\-level design workflows preferred
