**Mandatory Requirement:**
*Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.*
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform in\-depth analysis of business, portfolio, and customer metrics to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision\-making. * Conduct funnel analysis and root cause investigations (RCA) to identify key performance drivers and recommend data\-driven improvements. * Utilize bureau and transactional data to assess customer behavior, portfolio quality, and risk trends. * Apply strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities to address complex business challenges and drive process optimization initiatives. * Collaborate effectively with Product, Risk, Operations, and Business teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions and measurable outcomes. * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health and support decision\-making.
**Skills \& Experience:**
* Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting. * Hands\-on experience in business analytics, funnel analysis, and root cause analysis. * Good understanding of bureau data, lending metrics, and portfolio performance analysis. * Experience with Power BI, Excel, and business intelligence tools. * Excellent analytical mindset and problem\-solving abilities. * Prior experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, or NBFC domain is mandatory.
