**About the Role**
Shri Ram Wonder Years is looking for an experienced **AI Creative Executive** who is passionate about creating **ultra\-realistic AI\-generated videos, educational content, digital campaigns, and AI\-powered visual storytelling**. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise with the latest AI tools for video generation, image creation, voice synthesis, automation, and content production.
This is a high\-impact role for someone who can leverage AI to create engaging, human\-like videos and innovative digital content for education, branding, and marketing.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create high\-quality AI\-generated videos using tools such as **Google Veo 3, Google Flow, Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kling AI, Hailuo AI, Luma AI, Synthesia, HeyGen**, and similar platforms. * Develop ultra\-realistic AI avatars, talking\-head videos, and educational video content. * Write and optimize AI prompts to generate professional\-quality videos and images. * Create AI\-generated marketing campaigns for social media, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. * Generate photorealistic AI images using tools like **ChatGPT Image Generation, Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly**, and similar platforms. * Produce AI voiceovers with natural lip\-sync and multilingual support. * Research and implement the latest AI tools and workflows to improve content quality and productivity. * Create AI\-powered presentations, promotional videos, advertisements, and educational content. * Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and academic teams to develop engaging campaigns. * Ensure brand consistency across all AI\-generated content. * Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
**Required Skills**
* Minimum **2–5\+ years of experience** in AI content creation or AI video production. * Strong expertise in AI video generation platforms. * Hands\-on experience with **Google Veo 3, Google Flow, Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Hailuo AI, Luma AI, Synthesia, HeyGen**, or equivalent tools. * Excellent prompt engineering skills for AI image and video generation. * Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Ideogram, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, and similar AI platforms. * Understanding of cinematic storytelling, camera angles, lighting, continuity, and realistic human animation. * Knowledge of video editing software such as **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve**, or Final Cut Pro. * Experience in creating viral short\-form content for social media. * Strong creative thinking, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Animation, Multimedia, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience in the Education (EdTech) industry is an added advantage. * A strong portfolio showcasing AI\-generated videos, AI avatars, digital campaigns, and creative projects.
