Description Registered Nurse - Float Pool – Med Surg, Telemetry, and IMCU The Float Pool provides staff the opportunity to train to various departments within Patient Services. Minimum requirements are to work in the Medical/Surgical, Tele/Obs and IMCU units. Additional training to CCU, Emergency Room and Behavioral Health Services are encouraged but not required.
