Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and lead our team to success. Duties
- Lead and supervise daily operational activities across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
- Manage team performance through coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff to achieve their best
- Oversee inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics coordination to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve productivity
- Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met promptly and accurately
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative work environment
Experience
- Proven management experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing or technical environments
- Strong background in engineering or technology biased management is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively with excellent organizational skills
- Experience supervising staff in a technical or engineering setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with phone etiquette proficiency and strong interpersonal abilities
- Adept at time management, administrative tasks and organizational planning
