Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end HR operations for 12 branches across India
* Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning across locations
* Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, statutory regulations, and legal compliances
* Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
* Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
* Implement HR policies, performance management, and appraisal processes
* Maintain HR MIS, reports, and employee documentation
* Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and HR audits
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Manager role
- Experience managing multi-location operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Legal Compliances
- Experience handling statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Labour laws, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in service industry preferred (Education / Consultancy preferred)
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
