Job Summary
As a ServiceTitan expert, you’ll guide organizations through the planning, implementation, and improvement of ServiceTitan, a field service management platform. You’ll connect business needs with practical technology solutions, lead projects across teams, and help clients adopt new processes with confidence. This role suits a strategic, analytical consultant who can communicate clearly with executives and turn complex change into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise solutions implementation projects, from discovery and process mapping through rollout and adoption.
- Apply strategic planning, business analysis, data analysis, and research to identify needs and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and support large-scale organizational change management.
- Advise clients on process improvement and lean management; communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to executives.
- Support business development through client communication and clear articulation of consulting solutions.
Skills
- Essential: Project management experience in technology; project management; business analysis; process improvement; process mapping; data analysis and analysis skills; verbal communication with executives; client communication; cross-functional collaboration; team leadership; change management.
- Also valued: Management consulting, business consulting, consulting firm experience, enterprise solutions implementation, strategic planning, lean management, business development, research, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear requirements and practical recommendations.
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan is important; experience guiding organizations through platform adoption is a plus.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
