Project Manager – RC Frame & Groundworks

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £5m and £10m across Manchester. The successful candidate will take responsibility for safety, programme, quality, commercial performance and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage RC Frame and Groundworks projects from inception to completion.
· Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
· Lead site teams including Site Managers, Engineers and Foremen.
· Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
· Monitor programme performance and project risks.
· Work closely with Commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasts and variations.
· Chair client and progress meetings.
· Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and company procedures.
Requirements
· Proven experience managing RC Frame and Groundworks projects.
· Experience delivering schemes valued at £5m–£10m.
· Strong understanding of concrete frame construction, groundworks and temporary works.
· SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid qualification preferred.
· Excellent leadership and client-facing skills.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
Pay: £325.00-£375.00 per day
