About the Role
Mobius Bloom Ventures is looking for a Full Stack & Mobile Software Engineer to build and maintain production-ready web and mobile applications. The role involves working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, deployment and production, with ownership of features from development through release.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Develop frontend with React.js/Next.js and backend with Node.js/TypeScript.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, third-party services and webhooks.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, security and RBAC.
- Work with Redis, real-time features, queues and background jobs.
- Handle testing, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment and production debugging.
- Contribute to architecture, performance optimization and end-to-end feature ownership.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
- Hands-on mobile application development experience.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, databases and application security.
- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of Redis, WebSockets, queues and asynchronous programming.
- Strong debugging, testing and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Redis, WebSockets / Socket.IO, BullMQ, RabbitMQ or AWS SQS
- AWS / GCP / Azure
- Monitoring and observability tools
- MongoDB, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch or vector databases
- AI API and LLM integrations
- Experience with SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, messaging applications, payment systems or workflow automation.
Experience & Qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant software development experience.
- B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA or equivalent practical engineering experience.
- Strong personal projects, startup experience, freelance products, open-source contributions or independently built applications will also be considered.
