What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support salon staff, including nail tech, facialist, massage therapist, estheticians, and receptionists
- Ensure outstanding customer service and handle client inquiries or concerns promptly
- Oversee appointment scheduling and staff rosters to ensure efficient operations
- Implement promotions, upsell services, and track salon performance metrics
- Monitor and manage inventory of products and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Oversee daily salon operations — staff schedules, inventory, and service flow
Who You Are:
- A degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as Salon Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date with beauty and lifestyle trends. Stylish, professional, and able to lead by example
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a pleasing personality
- Willing to assign in Market-Market, Taguig
