Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the end\-to\-end hiring process and attract top talent for our organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship\-building skills, along with the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to on boarding. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies. * Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company career pages. * Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies. * Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews. * Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams. * Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide recommendations to hiring managers. * Conduct reference and background checks where applicable. * Negotiate salary offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. * Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. * Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and employment laws.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * 2–8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. * Experience handling end\-to\-end recruitment across multiple roles. * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. * Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience recruiting across multiple industries or functions. * Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Pay: ₹10,404\.83 \- ₹88,000\.00 per month
