Help the next generation find their creative path at Whitecliffe.

Whitecliffe is Aotearoa's leading creative and tech institution. Since 1984 we've been doing one thing exceptionally well — turning creativity into a career. Now we're looking for a driven, culturally connected sales professional to help bring the next wave of IT and design students through our doors.

If you're someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, understands the NZ tertiary landscape, and knows how to take a lead all the way to enrolment, this is the role for you.

About the role

You'll own the full student journey, from first enquiry to enrolment day. This is a real sales role where you'll be on the phone, at expos, in schools, and building the foundations of an educational relationship with students from all walks of life. You'll work closely within our admissions team and alongside our marketing teams to grow our Whitecliffe community.

  • Run outbound campaigns: calls, texts, emails

  • Attend New Zealand wide school visits, career expos, and open days representing Whitecliffe

  • Build genuine relationships with school career advisors across the region

  • Guide prospective students through programmes, entry requirements, and enrolment step by step

  • Manage the lead to enrolment process in our CRM

  • Help shape campaign scripts and content that speak to our diverse student community

About You

You bring a sales-driven mindset and a genuine passion for helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives. You're a confident communicator who is culturally aware and able to connect authentically with diverse audiences

  • A proven track record of building relationships that convert
  • A strong commitment to targets and the initiative to drive results independently
  • Experience studying in a NZ tertiary environment, ideally in an IT or tech-related field
  • Confidence with CRM systems and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekend events as required
